Appointments

 

If you have brought your car to us in the last three years, we can make an appointment through email or over the phone. Use whatever method is most convenient for you, but note that emails may take a day to respond.

Here is how we do it:

Step 1- Make an appointment via phone or email. We prefer it if you can avoid dropping by the shop to make an appointment, because our lot is small and busy. If you call and we don’t answer, leave a message, we check them regularly.

We usually make appointments for 3-5 business days away, but if something is an emergency we always try to accommodate. We do not do any “drop-in” service, repair or diagnosis. Break down tow-in’s are always for okay for existing customer only, but please call us before towing if you can. For new customers, please always call us before bringing your car.

Step 2- On the day of your appointment, try to bring the car in between 8-9:30am. If you would like to drop the car off when we are closed, we have a key drop, but call us to discuss and plan this.

If the car needs more service or repairs than discussed we will always call you with an estimate (both money and timing) so that you can decide what you want to do. 90% of the time we get every car done the same day it’s brought in!

Step 3- once your car is done, we will call you and arrange pick up. No need to call and check if it’s done, as we’ll keep you abreast of our progress and let you know as soon as it’s ready. Most customers pick their cars up between 3-5pm the same day they drop it off.
